Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in the Gurugram, Haryana. The Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture for a small team. This hybrid position allows for some work-from-home arrangements, providing flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in performance management and developing HR policies
• Knowledge of compliance and employee benefits management
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Proficiency with HR software and databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a digital or technology company is a plus

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment in a marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Familiar with HR tools, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala)
• Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and quick to adapt
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-role environment
