This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in New Delhi at SIS Group Enterprises. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies compliance.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
