Oversee daily HR operations
Ensure company's compliance to all existing governmental and labour legal requirements
Keep up to date on the abovementioned requirements
Oversee/Administer employee interviews
Devise strategies for employee performance evaluation, employee retention, staff development, compensation and benefits, etc.
Organise team building events, conflict resolution, counselling and staff coaching
Report to Admin Head
Academic / Job Requirements
At least 3 years of solid HR supervisory experience
Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
Knowledge of employment ordinance, HR management and best practices
Good communication and leadership skills
Good command of English and Chinese
