What You’ll Do:

As an HR Generalist Intern, you’ll get exposure to a wide range of responsibilities:

• Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage internal trackers, onboarding tasks, and daily standups
• Assist with outbound campaigns, sales tools, and CRM systems (like Apollo, Smartlead, Dripify)
• Handle recruitment coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team leads to optimize internal processes
• Track campaign performance using tools like Google Sheets & Slack

What We’re Looking For:

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in HR, people management, and business operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of tools like Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, email, etc.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
