Overview -


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Associate to support our US staffing onboarding processes. This role will involve close collaboration with the HR and recruiting teams, both in the US and India, to ensure the successful onboarding of new consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for employees and consultants alike.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Onboarding Coordination: Support the entire onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, recruiters, candidates, and client managers to gather necessary onboarding documents and track their completion.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring all onboarding activities comply with I-9, E-Verify, and other legal requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update onboarding trackers, reports, and employee records accurately to ensure full compliance and documentation integrity.
  • Follow-ups and Communication: Regularly follow up on the status of background checks, drug tests, and other necessary documents to ensure no delays in the process. Communicate clearly with candidates regarding onboarding steps, timelines, and expectations.
  • Onboarding Kits and Orientation: Help prepare onboarding kits and orientation materials for new consultants to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the India Delivery Team and US HR Team to ensure alignment across teams, streamline processes, and ensure timely execution.
  • Escalation Management: Help mitigate any issues or delays in the onboarding process to the appropriate stakeholders to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
