The role:

• Take full ownership of the employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
• Be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, bringing in top talent across head office and operations.
• Partner with managers to upskill teams, resolve challenges, and boost performance.
• Champion diversity, well-being, and workplace happiness.
• Keep us compliant and forward-thinking with best-in-class HR policies.
• Manage payroll queries, HR systems, and data-driven people insights.
• Lead culture-enhancing projects that make this an amazing place to work.

Experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor role (CIPD Level 5 a plus).
• Solid grasp of UK employment law and HR practices.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-heavy industries (think fitness, retail, or hospitality).
• Confident communicator with a people-first mindset and a proactive approach.
• Trusted advisor who builds relationships with ease and leads with empathy.
