The Human Resources Administrator / Analyst primary focus will be as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for our HRIS system (UKGbut will also help lead onboarding activities such as setting up new hire profiles, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring employees receive new hire paperwork and training. The position is an integral part of the HR team and will work closely with all levels of management in the company on strategy and delivery of our HR processes. The position will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager. This hybrid position requires to be in the Tysons Corner, VA office a minimum of 2 days per week. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: * Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for all Human Resources information Systems (HRIS) on a daily basis. * Enter and maintain employee data with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality. * Lead onboarding initiatives such as establishing profiles for new hires in HRIS, conducting new hire orientation, and assigning applicable required new hire forms and training courses. * Ensure employees are offboarded correctly to include terminating all company access to HR systems and ensure all stakeholders are informed of departure. * Support HRIS by identifying system needs and work directly with vendors to manage or escalate any concerns. * Manage and assign internal HR questions that come through the JIRA ticketing system, ensuring questions are addressed in a timely manner from all stakeholders. * Develop user guides and documentation of HR systems. * Manage permissions and access levels for all HRIS stakeholders. * Develop and maintain HRIS reports to support company initiatives and spearhead the HRIS process for annual reviews. * Serve as HRIS lead and liaison between HR, management, and other stakeholders during HRIS implementation or other projects as assigned. * Collaborate with HR team to identify and implement system needs and process improvements. * Manage and organize HR related documents and information in SharePoint. Qualifications Required Qualifications include: * HRIS administration experience with 3+ years' experience preferred. Experience with UKG HRIS is highly preferred. * Experience in HR Administration, HR Analysis, or other HR Generalist fields with 3+ years' experience preferred. * Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint * Data Management skills including reporting, dashboards, and data analytics * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and collaborate across departments * Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar studies or equivalent work experience is preferred. Posted Min Pay Rate USD $50,594.73/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $84,324.56/Yr. Salary Disclosure Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
