Essential Experience

The applying professional must have:

  • Extensive knowledge within SAP HCM (PA & OM)
  • HR Business Process Knowledge
  • German Language (B2 Min)


Optional Experience

While not essential, some ‘cherry on top’ experience:

  • PH-CH
  • Knowledge in SuccessFactors


Role

My client, an end customer based in Zürich Switzerland are looking to recruit a Business Analyst from the SAP HCM/HR and assist in the ongoing project.


This company are currently still using SAP HCM for various parts of their group while the ongoing SuccessFactors implementation continues and your role will be to assist in the continued support of SAP HCM for different parts of the group. As the Lead Business Analyst, you will speak with various stakeholders/Heads of Departments, gather the technical requirements and translate them with the IT Team. You will also have the possibility to learn and gain knowledge within SuccessFactors.


You will join as the Lead Business Analyst but as you grow and become comfortable with the business, you will assume responsibility as the Deputy Head of the department, 2nd only to the Head of the department, who was recently promoted.


Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • You will also support the HR-IT Management in various HR-IT specialist topics, including integration topics and interfaces to surrounding systems
  • In collaboration with the IT department, you will develop functional and technical concepts, IT architecture models and solution proposals for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors as part of technical implementations and specialist projects.
  • You translate the technical specifications between IT and the decision makers within HR in accordance with the framework of HR specialist requirements, process analyses and further developments.
  • You will advise, analyse any issues/problems and make suggestions for solutions within the framework of 2nd level support for the group-wide HR applications SAP HCM (OM, PA, PY), SuccessFactors and Aconso
  • Functional tasks as well as be a mentor to the team
