Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a well-established team in Fontana, California. In this role, you will support a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve employee concerns and workplace grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process for employee benefits, ensuring smooth communication and implementation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees by answering questions and resolving issues related to insurance and benefits.
  • Oversee workers' compensation claims, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Regularly update and maintain job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect current roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, providing guidance to management and staff as necessary.
  • Facilitate training sessions to promote employee development and improve workplace practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, including open enrollment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to labor laws and workplace regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience managing workers' compensation claims and related processes.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
