Major Duties/Responsibilities:: Responsible for new employee on boarding, orientation cycles, maintaining employee records and licensing compliance
* Coordinate employee onboarding process.
* Enter new employees in payroll system and cross checks with Payroll Coordinator for new hire accuracy and compliance.
* Communicate with Department chiefs regarding new hire start dates.
* Complete Benefits Administration.
* Respond to inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
* Assist with diverse audit preparations.
* An associate's degree from a recognized institution and/or any combination of training and experience which demonstrates a capability to perform the functions of the position.
* Willingness to perform tasks with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of computer programs necessary for the position (Microsoft Suite)
* Knowledge of UKG Ready a plus
* Valid driver's license
* Must meet Massachusetts background check requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
