Onsite Monday-Thursday - Fridays Remote- South Austin
Who you are:
4-5 years of helpdesk experience
M365 experience, extensive troubleshooting
VOIP and IAM troubleshooting experience
Hardware troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in related field
What you’ll do:
Take around 10 tickets per day, communication through email and phone
M365, Ringcentral and Okta troubleshooting
Hardware troubleshooting

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $80-$85K
