Job Description: The Project Engineer will be an integral part of our engineering team, supporting Project Managers in all operational aspects of construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors and other project resources.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, highway, roadway, concrete project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such at Primavera.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
