Health Services Programmer / Analyst

W2 Contract-to-Hire

Salary Range: $156,000 - $176,800 per year

Location: Martinez, CA - Hybrid Role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in C# programming language
• Strong understanding of ASP.NET Core framework
• Experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for database management
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development
• Proficiency in Visual Studio IDE for development and debugging
• Familiarity with MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture
• Understanding of RESTful APIs for integration with other systems
• Experience administering an IT Service Management system

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certified developer or administrator
• Ability to work with on-prem and Azure cloud services for deployment and hosting
• PowerShell experience
• Azure Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory
• Windows Server, IIS, networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
