Job Description The dynamic Head of Technology Portfolio Management for the Consumer, Business Banking, and Digital Technology. This role provides leadership within cross-functional teams and operates at the intersection of technology strategy, transformational operations, and program execution, driving high-impact initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, enhance delivery outcomes, and promote innovation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with a background in technology strategy and digital transformation, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. * Strategic Program Leadership Lead and manage cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives that align with the CIO's vision and organizational priorities. Break down complex business and technical objectives into executable programs with clear outcomes and measurable impact. * Portfolio Enablement & Operational Excellence Oversee and continuously improve enabling functions including financial planning, program and portfolio management, team engagement, IT governance, risk and compliance, strategic supplier management, and stakeholder alignment. * Digital & AI Transformation Execution Support the implementation of the CIO's AI transformation agenda. Drive initiatives that modernize technology business services, enhance developer productivity, and digitize legacy processes for more nimble, high-quality delivery. * Executive Support & Decision Enablement Provide analytical support, recommendations, and strategic insights to inform CIO-level decision-making. Prepare briefings, reports, and business cases in support of executive communications and board-level initiatives. * Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Foster effective communication across senior leadership, business lines, and technology teams. Facilitate leadership forums, produce executive-level reporting, and coordinate engagement activities including town halls, hackathons, and newsletters. * Process Optimization & Governance Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation. Champion a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring governance frameworks are maintained. * Organizational Planning & Leadership Drive prioritization efforts, resolve roadblocks, and manage through ambiguity without overburdening senior leadership. Promote team health and collaboration across central and corporate functions. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00 - $220,330.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
