About The Role

We're hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to our VP of Growth & Operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the center of our strategic enterprise initiatives. You’ll manage our three service line Growth & Admissions Leads and work cross-functionally to drive market growth, improve operational processes, and support strategic expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth

  • Lead and support initiatives that accelerate growth in current markets and drive strategic expansion into new geographies
  • Partner with the VP of Operations & Growth to evaluate new regions / markets, provider partnerships, market expansion opportunities, and scale our services effectively
  • Track and report on region and market-level performance and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Oversee payor relations and provider credentialing, ensuring we are able to both proactively secure new contracts and consistently maintain and grow our current relationships and reimbursement rates, all while supporting our providers credentialing processes.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with local market teams to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, process fidelity, and overall operating performance
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment to drive process adherence and strong collaboration across clinical, operations, and enterprise teams
  • Provide operational support and leadership for enterprise initiatives tied to growth and client / teammate experience

People Leadership & Development

  • Directly manage the Growth & Admissions Leads across service lines (school, home, and center), supporting their development and performance
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-aligned culture that empowers team members to thrive and creates opportunity for growth and development
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and accountability to ensure alignment with company priorities and consistently strong performance against key KPIs

Process Innovation

  • Design, improve, and scale core operational and admissions processes across markets
  • Build and refine tools, handbooks, and workflows that support efficient and high-quality growth and collaboration
  • Identify and implement systems and technologies that support scalability and consistency while reducing manual work, redundancy, and data infidelity

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting (MBB or equivalent strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Preferred: prior experience managing or directly mentoring a team
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and work cross-functionally
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or autism services strongly preferred
  • Passion for mission-driven work and helping children reach their full potential
  • Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area with ability to work in a hybrid model
  • Including occasional travel (<25%) to support local teams and on-the-ground initiatives
