Our Japan operation is distributed mainly in retail boutiques and wholesales accounts. Additionally and very frequently operate in Retail & Wholesale events. This distribution is delivered from a Japan central stock.

Reporting to the Japan General Manager, you are leading all Japan operations including :

• Monitoring of the Japan stocks
• Boutique merchandising
• Sales administration & order management
• Operations & logistics
• The Japan Repair & Care service (after sales service)
• All local customs & transportation topics
• The monitoring of the 3PL external warehouses (value & non value)
  
  

You manage a team of 3 employees.

You will work closely with internal Japan retail Boutiques, other Japan teams (retail, commercial, Marketing, Visual Merchandising,...), the external 3PL warehouses, external after sales workshops. You will be in frequent connection with Paris Headquarter (Retail Merchandising, global Operations, Supply Chain, Sales administration, Repair & Care department, )

Your Profile

• 8 years' experience in Supply Chain and/or Merchandising and/or Operations in the luxury industry
• Passionate about the world of luxury and jewelry, you enjoy working with in-store teams and have developed a real sense of service
• Ability to manage complexity in operations to drive for maximum efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Energetic, assertive with the ability to work under pressure and remotely with the highest ethical standards.
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Perfect mastery of the Office package (Excel a least)
• Knowledge of CEGID and M3 is appreciated
