Summary

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead HR teams across global subsidiaries, developing and implementing HR policies, including compensation structures, incentive programs, and performance management systems.
  • Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent, enhancing the company's overall talent density.
  • Drive organizational development and talent strategy by diagnosing structural challenges and implementing solutions to improve management efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company objectives, conduct organizational assessments, and ensure effective execution.


Job Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to drive change and process optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, resilience, and a results-driven approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate both with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Experience in the internet, gaming, or high-tech industries is preferred.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
