Our client is a well-backed financial institution building out its business in the digital finance markets. This is now a rare opportunity for to be part of a pioneering team changing the game in fintech.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, this is a visible and hands on role managing a lean HR and Admin team where you will be responsible for HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, performance, rewards & recognition, and employee engagement; as well as office admin. This is a multi-faceted role with exposure to diverse stakeholders, ranging from supporting on board discussions and partnering senior business leaders, to liaising with payroll agents, insurance providers, employment lawyers and relevant government agencies. To support the firm's next phase of growth, you will further develop its HR capabilities, identify and drive adoption of best-in-class HR practices to help the company establish the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with relevant human resources experience gained in the financial services sector in Singapore, ideally in both established financial institution and startup environments. You are well-versed in Singapore's labour legislations and financial industry regulations (e.g. MAS individual accountability and conduct guidelines, fit and proper checks, etc.). You have strong HR business partnering and generalist experience and the agility to switch between a tactical and strategic mindset. You are hands on, with strong analytical, problem solving, as well as presentation and communication skills.
