Assistant Director (HRD Policy and Planning)


In this role, you will:

  • Lead and oversee policies, frameworks, and initiatives in Learning, Careers and Talent Development to create a supportive environment to nurture our people.
  • Develop and review:
  • Learning and competency development strategies and frameworks to develop organisational capabilities to meet the current and future business needs
  • Career Development strategies and initiatives to provide a meaningful and long-term career in DSO
  • Talent development policies and initiatives to identify, develop and assess high-potentials to grow a healthy leadership pipeline


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Development / Business & Human Resource Management / Human Resources
  • Experience in HR, in the area of policy design and implementation, competencies, L&D and talent management
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team
