Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Service Delivery to lead my client's service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the service delivery team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that service levels and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service delivery issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on service delivery performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to ensure that service delivery teams are adequately staffed and equipped to meet client needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless service delivery and support business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior service delivery role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Client Focus: Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business management, IT, or engineering, is preferred.
