Formulates and executes HR strategies in line with business objectives.
Oversees the various HR functions--ensuring alignment with business goals and directions, as well as promoting customer-centric services that support a healthy employee life cycle.
Provides professional leadership, support and development of the HR Team thru training, developmental assignments, sharing and promoting best practices to ensure that relevant and expected professional standards are met
Oversees, facilitates and resolves management and employee relations matters.
Ensures that the company policies and practices are compliant with current regulations, i.e. Philippine Labor Code, accepted professional standards set, policies and procedures.
Advises and strategizes the development and implementation of policies
Fosters employee development, engagement, motivation and retention.
Provides necessary data and reports on related areas (internal or external in nature), as basis for crucial decision-making.
Drives the continuous improvement and takes a lead role in strengthening organizational culture ensuring corporate values are displayed, leadership capabilities are fully developed or sufficiently skilled and enabled to activate their HR roles.
