Head of Global Inventory Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Inventory team in driving initiatives to optimize inventory processes and establish best practices
• Develop and implement global inventory tracking tools and systems to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities
• Key Leader to manage Global Inventory control and operations efficiently
• Drive improvements in key financial and customer metrics, managing strategic inventory programs and projects
• Oversee Inventory Strategy & Optimization, implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective inventory management, including analysis, layout design, and physical inventory planning
• Manage Inventory Planning & Control and Process Improvement & Technology
• Supervise inventory functions across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and procedures

Requirements

• 8-15+ years’ Inventory management experience with leadership in Manufacturing, Electronics/EMS or equivalent
• Global leadership expertise
• Experience in SAP, Oracle, IBP systems
• Transformation experience desirable
