Manage and monitor the budget and control costs to ensure maximum achievement of revenue and margin.
In charge of financial metrics and related KPI and aggressive YOY revenue growth.
Establish network with partners and ecosystems for innovation and cooperation.
Identify and track market trends, emerging technologies and technology disruption so as to implement strategies and action plans for new opportunities, competition and threats in the IT industry.
Strategize and build competences to support projects and opportunities.
Attract and retain highly skilled and quality staff in the current job market.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage key customer management for win-win negotiations on project scope, deliverables and contractual obligations
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with expertise and proven experience in Software Design & Development, SAP Consulting & Implementation, Digitalization etc.
Ability to think strategically, identify and understand business needs and translate into strategic plans and solutions.
Strong technical experience in System and/or Applications Architecture Design for large-scale projects.
Strong consulting selling skills & experience
Ability to conceptualize and create the most efficient and appropriate solution for a software development project; taking into consideration the integration of various components, identification and mitigation of known technical risks, application of architectural principles, technology standards and industry best practices.
Strong leadership skills with proven track record of leading large teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and inter-personal skills.
Mature people management skills, budget management and experience in building teams.
