Position Summary:


The Head of Capital Management is responsible for developing and executing the bank’s capital strategy to ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations and international standards (e.g., Basel III). The role involves capital forecasting, regulatory reporting, capital optimization, and advising executive management on capital adequacy. The position is integral to maintaining the bank’s financial strength and supporting sustainable growth in a dynamic Egyptian banking environment.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a strong advantage.

- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are preferred.

- 15+ years of experience in capital management, financial planning, or regulatory reporting within a commercial or investment bank in Egypt.

- In-depth knowledge of CBE regulations, Basel III requirements, and international best practices in capital adequacy.

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and stress-testing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
