With recent growth into Canada, and continued expansion on the horizon, MyHR are looking for a creative and proactive Head of Brand to join the team.

About The Role

The Head of Brand will be responsible for protecting and elevating the MyHR brand across multiple international markets. You will execute a cohesive, scalable brand strategy that adapts to local nuances while maintaining global consistency.

Specifically, This Role Will

  • Own MyHR’s global brand strategy, ensuring it is bespoke, bold, scalable and consistent across international markets.
  • Maintain and reinforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, design and tone of voice across all channels and touch points.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality brand assets (working with designers, animators and video producers) to support marketing, sales and product initiatives.
  • Plan and execute high-impact brand activations and events that engage customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all sponsorships, collaborations and co-marketing effort reinforce MyHR’s brand identity and positioning.
  • Oversee global customer messaging, ensuring consistency across marketing, product updates, customer success and support.
  • Develop internal assets and brand initiatives to foster alignment and engagement across teams.
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, product, sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on brand goals.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance and ROI, using data, customer feedback, and market insights to refine and strengthen My HR’s presence.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years in senior brand or marketing roles.
  • Experience managing and evolving a global brand across multiple markets.
  • A strong creative background, with an eye for detail and bespoke brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Resilient temperament and ability to multitask.
