Brand Manager to join our Auckland team. This is your chance to drive growth, lead impactful campaigns, and make your mark on a portfolio of leading brands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Strategic Marketing & Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for allocated brands
- Be the guardian of brand integrity across all initiatives and communications
- Input to sales forecast and A&P expenditure for relevant brands
- Leverage global and local market insights to drive strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
Promotions & Campaigns:
- Design and implement innovative promotional plans that excite consumers and retailers
- Ensure alignment of merchandising and point-of-sale tools with brand guidelines
- Evaluate promotional activities and adapt strategies to maximise impact
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare insightful monthly sales and marketing reports
- Manage forecasting and ROI analysis for campaigns and initiatives
- Oversee stock and collateral planning to support seamless launches
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key retailers such as Farmers and Green Cross Health
- Partner with sales teams to ensure success during range reviews
- Act as the primary contact for Brand Principals, delivering on KPIs and expectations
- Coordinate with logistics teams to meet timelines for new product launches
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management
- Proven success in a similar role with a passion for building and managing luxe brands
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Creative thinking paired with a results-driven mindset
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of NZ retail environments, including Farmers and Green Cross Health (desirable)
