· 20+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale industrial projects (preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors).
· Proven track record in leading complex construction projects, including civil works, MEP, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
· Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate, guide, and influence cross-functional teams.
· Exceptional project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, contractors, and team members.
· Bold and assertive leadership style, able to make decisions under pressure and manage conflict.
