Job Title: Construction Site Engineer

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating construction activities on-site. The responsibilities will include ensuring that the project progresses as per the architectural and structural plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Quality Control: Ensure that construction work meets all quality standards, specifications, and legal regulations.
• Material Management: Coordinate and manage the delivery, storage, and use of materials on-site.
• Labor Coordination: Supervise the work of laborers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.
• Site Inspections & Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for senior engineers or project managers.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment in line with local labor laws and standards.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and above
• 1-5 Years of On-Site Experience

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• AutoCAD

Certification and Software (Optional but Preferred):

• Revit
• MS Project or Primavera
• Safety & Quality Management courses
