Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Guidewire Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement integration solutions for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). You'll play a key role in enabling seamless communication between Guidewire and external systems, such as payment gateways, document management systems, third-party data providers, and legacy platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration components and APIs for Guidewire suite using Gosu, Java, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Work with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Dell Boomi) for system-to-system integration.
• Develop and maintain message queues, batch processes, and web services.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and integration testing.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-go-live troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain integration-related documentation including design specs, data mapping, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with QA teams for test planning and validation of integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and industry best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 36+ years of development experience with at least 2+ years in Guidewire integration.
• Strong experience in Gosu programming language and Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Proficiency in SOAP/RESTful services, XML, JSON, and API development.
• Experience with Guidewire Edge APIs, Messaging, and Plugin Points.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model and entity relationships.
• Experience integrating with external systems like billing platforms, document systems, third-party services, etc.
• Solid understanding of insurance domain and Guidewire product suite.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, Git, Jenkins, JIRA.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire version 10.x or Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) experience.
• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Guidewire certification in Integration or Development track is a strong plus.
