Job Title: Guidewire Integration Developer

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Location: Pan India (UST Office Locations)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Guidewire Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Guidewire suite integration (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of insurance business processes and experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Guidewire APIs and middleware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Guidewire applications and external/internal systems.
• Work on web services (REST/SOAP), message queues, and batch integration to support real-time and asynchronous communication.
• Develop and maintain Gosu scripts, Java-based integration code, and configuration.
• Collaborate with solution architects, BAs, and functional teams to gather integration requirements.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments.
• Create and maintain technical design documents and integration mapping specifications.
• Participate in Agile development processes and daily scrum meetings.
  
  

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire integration development.
• Proficient in Gosu, Java, and Guidewire Integration APIs (GX Model, SOAP Web Services, Messaging, Plugins).
• Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and other integration formats.
• Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter is required.
• Good understanding of Guidewire data model and P&C insurance business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift timing.
