PURPOSE:To ensure guests have a positive shopping and entertainment experience by acting as the mall's front-line guest service ambassador. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:Provide all callers and visitors to the guest service desks and kiosks with prompt and courteous serviceGreet guests in a professional manner, providing requested information efficientlyAssist guests with the purchase of MOA gift cards, merchandise and rental items such as strollers and electronic cartsOversee monetary transactions using a computerized point of sale systemBe able to account for all funds by accurately ringing sales and counting outEnsure that all monetary transactions are completed using established cash handling proceduresCoordinate MOA lost and found programListen to guest issues and direct the matter to appropriate staff for resolutionEnsure overall cleanliness and safety of the work areaMay provide support in other work areas as neededRegular and consistent attendance.Other duties as assigned.PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:Must be at least 16 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years post secondary education preferredAt least 2 years previous guest service experiencePrevious cash handling experience requiredMust possess outstanding guest service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationBasic computer skills PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:Perform repetitive motion (using keyboard)
