Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Guest Service Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering guest inquiries, handling guest complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the hotel.


Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Experience with hotel management software and front desk operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality
