Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Guest Service Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering guest inquiries, handling guest complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the hotel.
