You will:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, retention, and engagement trends on the Choice FinX platform using tools like Mixpanel, MoEngage, and Google Analytics.
• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies focused on communication, user engagement, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform performance based on data insights.
• Leverage advanced features within MoEngage and Mixpanel to gain actionable insights into user segments and personalize communication strategies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to implement and optimize user interaction strategies.
• Create and present regular reports on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user engagement strategies.

You have

• 2+ years of experience in growth strategy, data analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
• Expert proficiency in Mixpanel, MoEngage, Google Analytics, and SQL
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and recommendations to stakeholders
• A passion for growth, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing)
