This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Practice Growth Manager at Kadel Labs to work from any of the delivery centers, Bengaluru, Jaipur Udaipur, Kolkata, with flexibility for remote work for top candidates. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through mortgage marketing, lending strategies, customer service, and financial expertise. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience in leading operations and services of Mortgage Companies in the US would be an added advantage.
• Well-versed with Appraisals, Inspections, Loan Originations, Servicing, and many other processes.
• Mortgage Marketing and Mortgage Operations and Service skills.
• Finance and Customer Service expertise.
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and trends.
