As the Growth Manager, you will play a key role in creating and implementing results-focused marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer acquisition in the D2C segment. Utilizing your digital marketing expertise, you will develop effective marketing strategies tailored to our target audience, strengthening our overall omnichannel marketing efforts and expanding D2C business.
Roles & Responsibilities
D2C Growth Strategy: Develop and execute D2C growth plans across digital channels and align strategies with business goals to maximize sales and brand reach from 0-100. Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue increase through innovative marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional activities. Omnichannel Marketing: Support the integration of online and offline marketing efforts to create a seamless customer experience. Community Building: Develop community engagement initiatives to foster loyalty and brand advocacy, including customer stories, user-generated content, and referral programs. Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats in the D2C landscape. Collaboration with Product and Customer Success Teams: Collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to share customer insights and ensure after-sales support and high customer satisfaction for retention. Increase Sales: Develop and implement sales growth strategies, optimizing every stage of the customer journey to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, D2C growth, digital marketing, or e-commerce management. Proven track record in scaling D2C brands, preferably in healthcare or medtech. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools). Excellent communication and project management skills with a focus on detail and organization.
