Job Description:


 We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Growth Engineer — SEO to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through organic search initiatives across our product portfolio. You will work hands-on to execute and optimize SEO strategies, ensuring strong visibility, high-quality traffic, and measurable results. Exposure to other digital marketing channels like paid and social marketing will be considered a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


·      SEO Execution: Implement comprehensive SEO strategies including technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and site audits.

·      Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify issues and collaborate with developers to optimize site speed, crawlability, indexability, and mobile-friendliness.

·      Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to drive new content creation and optimize existing pages for maximum visibility and conversions.

·      On-page Optimization: Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking structures, and content for target keywords and user intent.

·      Off-page SEO: Manage link-building initiatives and build strong, high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.

·      Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

·      Revenue Growth Focus: Align SEO initiatives with overall revenue goals and continuously identify new opportunities for organic growth.

·      Cross-channel Collaboration: Coordinate with content, paid media, and social media teams to align SEO with broader marketing campaigns.

·      Stay Updated: Keep pace with SEO, search engine, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.


Qualifications:


·      2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably for SaaS or B2B products.

·      Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimizations, keyword research, and analytics.

·      Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

·      Experience in working with CMS platforms like WordPress and familiarity with HTML, CSS basics.

·      Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Exposure to other digital marketing channels (PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing) is a plus.

·      Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
