Growth Marketing Manager

🎯 Role Summary
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead experimentation and campaign execution
across email, paid, SEO, and outbound. You’ll be focused on generating signups, MQLs, and
revenue—not managing backend systems (that’s already handled by our Marketing Ops
Specialist).
This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role. You’ll own campaign strategy, build tests, analyze
performance, and optimize quickly across channels. You’ll also coordinate closely with content,
product, and sales to drive full-funnel performance.
🛠 What You’ll Do
📣 Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch and iterate campaigns across Shopify App Store Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads,
and Google Ads
- Run email and lifecycle sequences in HubSpot (with support from Marketing Ops)
- Optimize targeting, messaging, and creative using A/B tests and UTM-based attribution
🔍 SEO & Organic Growth
- Own SEO strategy & roadmap: keyword planning, content briefs, topic clusters
- Coordinate with writers and designers to publish content that drives traffic and leads
- Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio to track and improve rankings
🎯 Account-Based Marketing & Outbound
- Partner with SDRs to run highly targeted ABM campaigns using tools like Clay, 6sense
and Apollo
- Generate target account lists using BuiltWith, Seamless.ai, Clearbit, and Hunter.io
- Personalize outbound campaigns based on firmographic, intent, and engagement data
📈 Growth Experiments & Reporting
- Define growth hypotheses, run rapid experiments, and measure impact
- Use HubSpot, Looker Studio, and GA4 to analyze lead funnel performance
- Report on CPL, ROAS, MQLs, and campaign-level CAC to inform strategy
✅ What You’ll Need
Experience & Education
- 3–5 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance
marketing at a B2B SaaS or startup
- Proven track record of running campaigns that drive pipeline or installs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical discipline
Tool Mastery.
- HubSpot (email campaigns, basic automation, list building)
- Paid ad platforms: Shopify App store, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads
- SEO platforms: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Prospecting: Apollo, Hunter.io, Seamless.ai
- Reporting: Looker Studio, GA4, HubSpot dashboards
- Landing pages: Familiarity with Webflow, HubSpot, or similar
Bonus Points
- Experience launching PLG products or freemium tools
- ABM campaign execution using 6sense or Demandbase
- Strong copywriting instincts for headlines and CTAs
