Ed Morse is currently seeking a
Graphic Designer & Content Curator to join our team and support the marketing efforts of 3 Harley-Davidson dealerships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print assets that align with Harley-Davidson's brand guidelines. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator a plus), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Graphic Designer will also play a key role in organizing and managing assets within our project management platform, Monday.com.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of digital assets for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) including static images, animations, and short videos.
- Create print materials for dealership events, including posters, flyers, banners, and signage, ensuring all materials adhere to Harley-Davidson's brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize digital assets within Monday.com, ensuring files are properly named, tagged, and easily accessible to the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that effectively promote the dealerships and Harley-Davidson products and culture.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Harley-Davidson's brand identity, including typography, color palette, and visual elements, as outlined in the Harley-Davidson brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Adapt designs for various formats and platforms while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Non-specific secondary duties not listed include occasional events or other marketing-related activities as needed.
- Will require some travel to other Texas Dealerships
Qualifications
- Proven graphic design experience, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography and layout.
- Ability to interpret and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with project management tools, specifically Monday.com or similar, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial).
- General knowledge of marketing best practices.
- Experience posting to and managing multiple social media accounts.
- Familiarity with video editing.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture.
