Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Reports to: Manager, Sales Support

The Position provides Support and co-ordination for smooth process of sales enablement and order fulfilment by addressing the customer enquiries, best practices, sales process improvements, order triage, order placing, and continuous improvement.


This position is to be based in Bangalore Office Full Time, and will be flexible working in UK shift.


Key Responsibilities:

Transactional Quote

  • Preparation of Base bid for customer enquiries.
  • To deliver quotation in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of quotation revision during sales stages and project negotiations.
  • Supporting the organization to follow the sales process.
  • Co-ordinating with RSEC (Regional Sales Enablement Centre) for Value proposition quotes.
  • Creating Opportunities in CRM (Customer Relation Management) and collaborating with Application Engineering and Salespersons.

Order Fulfillment

  • Order triage once an order is received. (comply submittal and purchase order, commercial verification etc.)
  • Processing order
  • Order Checking and releasing orders to production
  • Order Acknowledgment
  • Co-ordination with cross functional departments.
  • Supporting salespersons with ensuring capacity utilization and process optimization.

Team Collaboration and Development

  • Promote Teamwork: Work closely with other departments, providing valuable feedback to enhance our operations and help ensure on time services to our customers.
  • Support Special Projects: Support various projects assigned by management to ensure continued development of skills.

What Were Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Education and Experience

  • Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
  • 0 to 1 Year's working experience.
  • Aggregate of 80% before Graduation and 75% in Graduation

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of HVAC(Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Product and process.
  • Understanding ERPs(Enterprise resource planning) preferred

Soft skills and other requirements:

  • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
  • Able to work in UK time zones.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relation Management)
  • Basic knowledge of tax structure
  • Manage quick turn around time.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles, general practices,
  • Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
