Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Strategy & Business Operations Director who can develop and implement globally impactful strategic plans to support our rapid expansion and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the company’s long-term strategic vision and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify key markets and opportunities for growth.
• Establish and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and manage the company’s strategic performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders globally.
• Oversee the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and innovation programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy consulting and corporate management within international enterprises.
• Proven success in developing and implementing global business strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in business English or native-level, multilingual is a plus.
• Deep commitment to sustainable business practices and a passion for green energy.
