该职位来源于猎聘 Key responsibilities:

  • Partnering with internal teams to develop marketing communications strategies & tactics for Client’s campaigns and projects to ensure the proposition for Client is effective and well-targeted.
  • Manage the strategy planning process for Client’s projects and building planning scope through value-added thinking and deliverables.
  • Propose the brand and marketing strategy with data support, proposal tagline, brand name, brand values, hashtag based on the clients’ actual needs.
  • Create marketing calendar, social media content calendar planning, KOL recommendation, celebrity candidate proposal and so on, understand the celebrity and KOL marketing and can propose the right person to luxury brands.
  • Able to use different way to analysis and provide the brand annual planning, such as SWOT analysis and so on.
  • Understand the market audience and able to create persona based on the target audience analysis.
  • Good at finding the insight among the local market, build up the proposal in a logic way with emotional value input.
  • Has a deep understanding of the consumer, brands and cultural insights to write briefs

& proposals and conducts projects with a minimum of supervision.

  • Evaluating and understanding the client’s project objectives, and how our strategies will deliver on their objectives and KPIs.
  • Fosters strong relationships with middle level marketing clients to earn their trust and respect.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with Creative and Account teams to nurture ideas.
  • Demonstrates and fosters a collaborative work environment in which ideas flourish.
  • Writing, illustrating and assembling pitch proposals, campaign strategies and tag lines.
  • Scripting, aid story telling in creative proposal and video proposal.
  • Close cooperation with other internal teams and 3rd party business partners.
  • Develop best practices for strategic and data analysis templates and various reports for Clients. Job requirements:
  • University degree holder preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, International Relations or related disciplines.
  • More than 5 years working experience in project planning and execution in agencies.
  • A demonstrated ability to think out of the box and provide fresh solutions to business issues, as well as the analytical capability.
  • A solid track record of innovative strategic thinking that has driven positive business results.
  • Professional PPT & Keynote layout skills, pay attention to details.
  • Strong brand understanding, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Live Marketing & Event Experience are highly suggested.
  • Campaign communication and digital marketing experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken & writing English and Chinese is a must.
