Our client is a Chinese personal care equipment company, Sales division is looking for experienced Sales Director. The one comes from English speaking country, another comes from Hongkong or Taiwan district.

Target customers are active in the consumer electronics field of personal care, such as: beauty, sleep, sports repair industry. Sales director who is experienced in industry trend and customer needs ,to develop high level customer relationship and maintain profitable key accounts to reach sales goal of business unit.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead sales team to reach sales target
2. Provide rolling sales forecast for business unit and make priority
3. Develop sales/market strategy
4. Collect market/competitors information to position product

Influencing and Leading：

1. Reach strategic goal of order intake /revenue for existing and new growth market.
2. Develop more new key accounts in personal care and health related industries.

Qualification:

1. Have strong technical/product knowledge to convince customer.
2. Develop account penetration plan to win the order.
3. Be passion and aggressive for continuously sales growth.
