Key Responsibilities
Strategy & P&L Management
Participate into global sales strategy design & priority selection as core member.
Lead to design Zone sales strategy upon global strategy & local priorities
Facility country sales and function leaders (Service, Project, Customer Service) to design country strategy & select target to improve
Drive Zone order/sales growth, esp. new offer via collaboration with BD Director and Division Product Line Manager
Continuously improve gross margin by optimizing local product mix and operating cost
Sales Management
Target Management: Split annual sales target (order / sales / new offer) into countries
Plan Management: Coach country GM / sales leaders to create STP (Sales Territory Plan) and review progress
Performance Management: Review with country GMs / sales leaders on both leading and lagging indicators of sales performance
Forecast Management: Submit Order/Sales forecast to Global Sales VP with agreed frequency & format
Global Account Development
Participate into global large account development strategy, accounts selection and management process creation.
Coach GAM (Global Account Manager) or GAC (Global Account Coordinator) in the Zone to design account plan
Facilitate GAM to build global account team and review account plan execution
Work with global account sponsor (company executive member) to maintain account senior relationship locally
People Management
Lead to create and execute Zone Organization Development / Organization Competency Review
Collaborate with zone management team to continuously improve employee engagement
Collaborate with Sales Operation Director and HRBP to roll-out Sales Competency Program
Sales Excellence
Collaborate with Sales Operation / IT to implement CRM-based sales management process
Collaborate with Sales Operation / Lean Director to implement lean System
Collaborate with Sales Operation to analyze local NPS data and define actions on continuous improvement
Requirements
Graduate with Bachlor degree of Science, in Semiconductor / Life Sciences related majors.
8 years proven records as Asia regional sales leader, experience on India market development preferred
5 years experience on managing multiple function team as manager's manager with P&L responsibility
3 years experience on global account management
Excellent English communications in both oral and written.
Famliar with CRM (Saleforce.com preferred) for sales performance & forecast management
Strong competence on strategical thinking and execution
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure
Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
Willingness to working in flexible hours and travel internationally, including potential evening, weekend and holiday work
