Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Investment & M&A Director to join our global leadership team. This role will be critical in driving our expansion into international markets and realizing our vision of a sustainable future through solar energy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global M&A strategies to enhance shareholder value and expand our market presence.
• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Lead the legal and compliance teams to ensure all acquisitions and mergers comply with local and international laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international financial institutions and legal advisors.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&A and finance within international corporations.
• Proven track record in successful M&A transactions and financial management.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in business English or native-level, multilingual is a plus.
• Passion for the green energy sector and a commitment to driving sustainability.
