We’re representing a globally revered interior design firm, now launching their international HQ in London, in their search for a strategic, culturally aware, and people-centric Global HR Director.

This is a rare opportunity to architect the entire people strategy across multiple creative studios, supporting designers, thinkers, and visionaries as they craft award-winning spaces around the world.

Your Mission:

• Lead and evolve the global HR vision for a design-led, innovation-driven business
• Oversee talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development
• Drive inclusion, culture, and wellbeing across a diverse international workforce
• Work side-by-side with the Board and studio heads to align people and purpose
• Implement systems, tools, and training to empower creative teams
  

You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Group or Global HR Director, ideally in creative or design industries
• Strong international HR knowledge and the ability to influence across cultures and time zones
• Exceptional leadership, change management, and talent development skills
• Passion for supporting creative talent and building best-in-class design cultures
