Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with headquarters and regional teams to conduct research on the current business landscape, user demands, and market trends, identifying growth opportunities;
- Work with regional teams to build localized campaign strategies based on research findings and overall business goals;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
- Develop and execute growth strategy via key campaign projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of related experience in a complex and global organization
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong influential and partnership skills, able to influence and build relationships across the departments and regions
- Proactive and flexible, able to work in a fluid environment with changing priorities
- Flexible work hours to accommodate communication with global teams
- Solid planning/organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadline
