Le rôle

Responsable des opérations au Québec, vous supervisez l’ensemble du cycle de gestion des programmes provinciaux, de leur conception à leur mise en œuvre et suivi. Le poste évoluera vers un rôle de directeur selon votre performance et votre potentiel.

Responsabilités clés

• Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe locale.
• Définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies des programmes en conformité avec la réglementation.
• Gérer les risques, la performance et les relations avec les parties prenantes.
• Assurer le suivi des indicateurs et rapports réglementaires.

Votre profil

• Formation en environnement, développement durable, gestion ou domaine connexe.
• Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis.
• 5+ ans d’expérience en gestion de programme/projet.
• Leadership, esprit analytique et autonomie.
• Maîtrise de la suite MS Office.

They are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to oversee Quebec operations, managing provincial stewardship programs from development to execution. This role offers a path to a future Director position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage program teams, including recruitment and performance evaluation.
• Shape strategic priorities and provide guidance to external programs.
• Oversee program design, compliance, financial performance, and risk management.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent Product Care at events and conferences.
• Prepare internal, external, and regulatory reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Post-secondary education in environmental studies, sustainability, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual (French & English), with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Background in waste management, stewardship, or EPR is an asset.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/database management experience is a plus.
