The General Manager is responsible for the pharmaceutical distribution company's overall leadership and strategic direction. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including business strategy development, operational efficiency, financial performance, sales growth, and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the distribution landscape.
Lead and champion a team of 250 dedicated employees( and growing) in delivering outstanding results.
Execute strategies for expansion into new locations, while scaling existing operations.
Spearhead the launch of new product categories, new channels, driving innovation and market leadership.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in senior leadership roles (with experience in sales and operations) within the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG industry, distribution industry.
Strong business acumen with a history of driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in market expansion, product diversification, new channels.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
