WHAT GENERAL MANAGER LOOK FORWARD TO DO WELL
As our General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey—steering strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and building impactful partnerships. This executive-level position will lead cross-functional teams and manage the full lifecycle of our retail technology deployment projects, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and long-term success.
What you will do
General Management & Strategy
- Lead strategic direction for kiosk deployment and partner expansion.
- Align business goals with market opportunities and corporate objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, technologies, and markets for growth.
Project & Operations Management
- Ensure timely, cost-effective deployment of projects with high-quality standards.
- Collaborate across departments (engineering, logistics, vendors) for smooth execution.
- Optimize kiosk performance using data insights and technology adoption.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing models, and strategic alliances.
- Drive market research and business planning aligned with emerging trends.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Develop revenue-generating strategies and expand market reach.
- Oversee branding, marketing campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve the end-user experience.
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Implement cost-control measures and monitor profitability and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and financial regulations.
People & Culture
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent through structured programs.

Administration & Compliance

Why You?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail operations, tech deployment, or supply chain
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and large teams
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Expertise in operational efficiency, financial planning, and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
