Job Description
Main Purpose:
To support the development and growth of profitable new business
Develop and maintain effective key client relationships.
Coordinating with the Business Development Team
To ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
New business development for Project Management Vertical.
Identification and segregation of potential market segments
Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
Handling meeting with clients
Develop relevant business proposals and present to for potential clients
Preparation and submission of commercial proposals
Attention to detail and timely submissions
Review and respond to RFP
Regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability
Support team to ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Support to develop, review and report on the business development activities, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed
Coordinate and work along with PMC team
Qualifications
Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred .
Worked with established firms of similar nature
Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey process
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development
